Into the Void - Black Lager 5.2% ABV

We took an otherwise light malt bill, and "mash-capped" it with debittered dark malts, sending it INTO THE VOID of darkness. A long lagering period and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops result in a classic, noble German flavor. This schwarzbier is crisp like a pilsner, but near-black in color, with smooth chocolate notes.
