In-House Brews

Our West Coast IPA is bright gold, with just enough malt presence to balance the fruity, citrus, and pine notes provided by Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial hops.

This approachable golden ale is medium-bodied and bready, with subtle lime and melon notes.

Crackery pilsner malt meets a combination of German and American hops - classic noble pils flavor tuned to a modern floral/citrus key. This modern pilsner plays different.

Our approach to the classic American Lager features 100% Tennessee-grown barley and corn. Light floral notes and corn cereal sweetness comes to a crisp lager finish.

This crushable IPA is brewed with copious amounts of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Motueka Cryo hops. Bursting with juicy hop flavors of citrus, berry, and mixed tropical fruit. Step into the shade!

4% ABV - A rotating selection of our beers blended with in house made lemonade and fruit

Tart but not too sour, with a fresh peachy punch. This brew uses Tennessee peaches grown by our friends at Morning Glory Orchard. We caramelized the peaches in our kitchen then added them to the whirlpool, with a second peach addition during fermentation.

Our Oktoberfest Lager is brewed with Pilsner, Munich, and Vienna malts. This lager is malty but crisp, with just enough German Hallertau hops to bring you back for another sip. Prost!

Sparkling Mineral Water with natural Strawberry extract

We took an otherwise light malt bill, and "mash-capped" it with debittered dark malts, sending it INTO THE VOID of darkness. A long lagering period and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops result in a classic, noble German flavor. This schwarzbier is crisp like a pilsner, but near-black in color, with smooth chocolate notes.

Made with pilsner malt and flaked rice, fermented "cold" with our house lager yeast. This Cold IPA features the new hop Zumo, which brings flavors of sweet lime, cantaloupe, and pine.
